The terms governing website use, orders, payments, shipping, returns, refunds and statutory consumer rights.
Scope
These Terms of Use apply to use of the website operated under the brand PhaQaro and to purchases made through the website, subject to mandatory applicable law.
Website Use
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security or other users. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or legal interests.
Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, images and other product information clearly. Minor display differences may arise from devices or screens. Mandatory statutory rights relating to product conformity remain unaffected.
Prices and Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website pricing configuration. Customs duties and import charges, where applicable, are separate from product-price tax treatment.
Orders
An order is a request to purchase the items submitted through checkout. Order details should be reviewed before submission.
Order Acceptance
An order may be accepted after the required order and payment checks are completed. If an order cannot be accepted, any required payment reversal or refund will be handled through the applicable payment process.
Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@phaqaro.com. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Address Changes
You may request a delivery-address change before dispatch by contacting support@phaqaro.com. After dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed and may depend on the carrier.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. The primary card methods shown are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Additional payment options may be available where displayed on the Payment or Checkout page.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is 6$ when the order does not reach the free-shipping threshold.
Free Shipping
Orders reaching 50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary because of destination, carrier operations, customs processing, peak periods, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside reasonable control. This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when tracking data becomes available.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, applicable customs duties, import charges or customs handling charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel appears lost, contact support@phaqaro.com. We will review tracking information and investigate with the relevant carrier. Reasonable delivery information may be requested where necessary. If the parcel is confirmed lost, an appropriate resolution will be offered by reshipment or refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal
For orders where EU distance-selling consumer rules apply, the consumer generally has a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods without needing to give a reason. This statutory right is separate from the normal commercial return policy.
Returns
For goods covered by the normal return policy, contact support@phaqaro.com within 14 calendar days after receipt to register the return. Do not send goods to Room 204, No. 1, Fengxianglou First Lane, Humen Town

China unless the return instructions specifically direct you there. The registered address is not automatically the return address.
Return Shipping
For an eligible change-of-mind or other non-defective return, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant covers the applicable return shipping cost. No restocking fee is charged.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are supported. For a normal non-defective exchange, the customer pays the return shipping cost and the replacement shipment cost. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant covers the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.
Defective / Incorrect / Incomplete Goods
If goods are damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact customer support. Normal change-of-mind conditions do not limit mandatory statutory rights relating to non-conforming goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Our internal processing target is within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, subject to all mandatory statutory refund deadlines. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
Personalised Goods Exception Where Applicable
If made-to-order, custom-made or clearly personalised goods are offered, they may be excluded from the normal change-of-mind return or statutory withdrawal right where applicable law permits. This does not exclude rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory rights.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. For an applicable EU statutory withdrawal, required standard original delivery costs are refunded in accordance with consumer law. If a customer selected a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard method offered, the additional supplementary delivery cost may be excluded where applicable law permits.
Intellectual Property
Website content, layout, text, graphics and other materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Use of the website does not transfer ownership of protected materials.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any permitted limitation operates only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Last updated date identifies the current version displayed on the website.
